• Less than three day notice: if rooms are not re-booked, your deposit is forfeited
• Cancellation fee – $15.00 per room
• Check in is 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. For late arrival, please call ahead
• Check out is 11:00 a.m. In courtesy to other arriving guests, please be sure to have the room vacated by 11 a.m.
• We are not responsible for items left behind or lost items.
• No Children.
• No pets.
• The dining room is available for small private tea parties, brunches, and meetings.
